Melissa recently starred in the short film, Merry Go, written and directed by Ray Persaud, about a woman's violent reaction to domestic abuse. Other  film work includes: The Sisters Plotz and Maybe Sunshine(web series).  She was last seen on stage this summer at the New York International Fringe Festival as Sally Sutherby in The Sutherby Triplets. Past favorite roles include: Helena/Alls Well that Ends Well, Cecily/The Importance of Being Earnest, and Lil' Sally/Urinetown.  

   Melissa is originally from Raleigh, NC, and adores living in New York City.  When not taking an acting, singing, or dancing class of some sort, she can be found cat sitting. She lives in Queens with her fat cat, Cleo.
